ONLINE Surveys first became available in 2004.
Surveys are available online through the Cammocks' website www.cammocks.com
Each participant has his/her own Username and Passcode to access the survey site. All surveys are ordered online and are available with 24-48 hours from the initial order.
Participants may order multiple surveys as along as there is no breach of data confidentiality which is continuously monitored by Cammocks.
Each survey is totally customized to the User's specifications. Surveys may be ordered on a national basis, a regional basis or a mill-specific basis. Alternatively, intra-company surveys can be ordered comparing one location's data against other company locations' data.
All results are available in both numeric and graphic formats.
All company data is separated from and not included in comparison data. Selected competitor data includes percentiles and percent of company- to-market comparisons for both median and mean data. Additionally, an overall percentile rank is calculated based on all data.
Additional infomation is included in the numeric results such as union and union-free breakouts of results in the Regional Survey and short-term incentive and target results and long term incentive frequency in the Coal Administrative Survey.
Results include benefits relative values for a better understanding of a company's direct pay position (wages, incentives) as well as its total compensation position.
